on scrutinizing their resolution, i found a strange thing.
almost all the signatures had an uniform stroke.
somebody might have forged.
i inquired.
the secretary of that SHG confessed her act at last.
there was a death in that village. in order to meet the expenses, the secretary had chosen the short cut of putting all other members signatures.
realizing the genuineness of the situation, i went to the spot and got the members' signatures gathered there.
two purposes solved:
forbid forgery
help needy
